SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders are ready-to-ship within 5 - 10 business days. If you place an order for multiple items, production time can increase by 2 - 3 days while we prepare your custom order.
We value our customers and will do everything we can to get your order processed and shipped to you in as little time as possible.

** Please note that you may receive multiple shipments if you order more than one item.
Customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Avery James Studio is not responsible for items which get shipped to incorrect locations. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
During the holiday season (November - December) production timelines are extended. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-7 business days of ship date. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Avery James Studio has no control over shipping carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES
If you are ordering outside of the US, please note that we do not charge VAT, GST, Customs or Import fees. The customer is responsible for these fees. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to find out if you will be responsible for any additional fees
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
When ordering outside of the US, please note that it could take additional time to arrive at the destination. We have no way of knowing how long a shipment will take to arrive in another country. Please be aware that delivery could take up to 2 months, however, this is rare.
Because all our items are personalized to your specification upon order, we are unable to accept returns on our items. We do no offer exchanges on personalized items.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately to find out if your order can be cancelled. We typically can cancel an order within 1 - 2 hours. Once an order goes into production, the order can not be cancelled for any reason.
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 business days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. We may require you to submit a picture of the damage before we can submit the claim.
